مطالعه این ایمیل توسط افرادی بجز گیرنده(گان) منع قانونی دارد.
فصل سوم -اصل 25 از قانون اساسی ایران ، (در تاریخ های دهم و یازدهم فروردین
 ماه 1358 با اکثریت 98/2%  توسط ملت ایران تصویب شد) و  دلالت دارد بر عدم
تعرض به حریم شخصی شهروندان  : "بازرسی و نرساندن نامه ها، ضبط و فاش کردن
مکالمات تلفنی ، افشای مخابرات تلگرافی و تلکس، سانسور، عدم مخابره و نرساندن
آنها، استراق سمع، و هر گونه تجسس ممنوع است مگر به حکم قانون." همچنین مطابق
 ماده 12 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر (1327(  با رای مثبت دولت ایران در همین سال )
تصویب شده است مطابق متن انگلیسی ذیل  .

telegraphic and telex communications, to censor them or fail to communicate
or deliver them, to eavesdrop or to make any other search whatsoever, unless
by order of law"   and  Article 12 of  the universal declaration of human
rights (1948) approved by Iranian Government in 1948  .

  * No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy,
family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and
reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such
interference or attacks.
